Sunday Dance & IBC
We bring the weekend to a close with Sunday's dance at Ealing Town Hall. Have fun watching the 'International Balboa Competition' whilst sipping tea and nibbling on a scone!
Ealing Town Hall has a lovely atmospheric interior and is situated on the Uxbridge Road in the heart of Ealing. Its within walking distance from Ealing Broadway tube station. This is only four stops down the District line from the Arts Educational School (workshop venue) or just one more stop to Globetrotter Inn. For people arriving by car there's a large free car park right behind the hall.
International Balboa Competition
Our International Balboa Competition has proved to be amazing entertainment over the last few years. The competition will again take place on Sunday as part of the evening dance.
The rules specify that you can only enter with someone living in a different country to yourself. This means that many of the entrants probably won't have danced together until the weekend itself!
It's a lighthearted and fun competition so why not pluck up the courage and ask someone to enter with you this year... :)
If you're attending the festival then entrance to Sunday's Dance and the 'International Balboa Competition' is included in the full weekend price. Otherwise entrance on Sunday evening costs £15 (tickets must be purchased in advance). Alternatively, you can buy an evening pass for £45 that gives you entry to the social dances on all 3 nights; Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
