Who are we?

The London Balboa Festival was originally conceived by Dan Guest together with his former partner Christi Guest. They felt that the festival would be better served if it were actually organised and run by people on the London Balboa scene. With this in mind a separate non-profit making organisation has been formed to administer the festival. The organisation is named 'London Balboa Festival' and a committee of Balboa enthusiasts has been put together to conduct its affairs.

The principal positions on the committee are:
