Further Booking Information
Please read the following additional notes before proceeding to the on-line booking form:
Notes:
1) Payment details will be given when you submit your booking. We accept payment by one of the following methods:
| | a) Electronic bank transfer. A fast, convenient and free method for people with UK based bank accounts. Overseas applicants are charged quite high fees by their bank for this method and is not recommended. |
| | b) Electronic payment on-line using PayPal (accepts all major credit and debit cards). PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you make payment, your credit card or bank account number will not be revealed to us here at the London Balboa Festival. This is our only recommended payment method for overseas applicants as it is cheaper than a transfer not using Paypal. |
| | c) Bank cheque (pound sterling cheques only). |
2) Refund Policy: A refund will be available to anyone cancelling prior to 26th September 2008, but an admin fee of £10 will be charged.
3) Your lunches for Saturday and Sunday can be provided if booked when you fill in the on-line form. The price is £14 for lunches on both Saturday & Sunday (i.e. cost £7 each meal, vegetarian option available). Please select the appropriate option on the on-line booking form.
4) Once you've submitted your booking you'll be asked to upload a photo of yourself to accompany your booking record. This will be used to help us identify and place you in the right class grouping.
5) London Balboa Festival shirts can be ordered when you fill in the on-line form. Shirts must be pre-ordered as we will NOT be carrying any stock. You can check out the design, styles, and prices on the Shirts page. Please select the appropriate option on the on-line booking form.
